With the warm spring months just around the corner, a lot of people are going to want to host parties and events outside, but how can they do so safely? Space Out as Much as You Can

If you already have covid guidelines for your organization then great! Otherwise, we can help you set some up.
Keep Warm During Early Spring with Some Tent Flaps and Heaters
If you choose, our tents can come with optional tent flaps and heaters. The heaters will heat up space inside your tents, and the flaps will help to keep this warmth inside. Things will probably be warm enough once we’re a couple of weeks into spring, but if you’re planning on having an event in late March or April, you may want to consider renting flaps and heaters along with your MD tent rental.
You Can Screen Your Guests
With some planning, you may be able to get some of your guests tested for COVID-19 prior to the event, but at the very least you should be checking temperatures and asking about symptoms the day of. You can set up a screening station at the entrance of your event to ensure that your guests are safe as they enter your celebration.
